Manoj Kumar
(Co-founder and Director)
Manoj is co-founder and director of JobSamiksha. His strong technical and designing skills, hands-on approach to business and first-hand experience with startups are particularly valuable in setting up and growing new practices within the organization. Manoj, an I.I.T. alumnus, has five years of experience in IT industry and has held various roles in hi-tech startup companies such as Fortuna Technology (Now part of Tieto Corporation) and CAMP Systems International Inc. He holds a B.Tech degree from IIT Rookeee.

Sujoy Neogi
(Co-founder and Director)
Sujoy is co-founder and director of JobSamiksha, with his keen interest in social networking and excellent understanding of skills requirement and career counseling, has helped a lot in building the foundation of JobSamiksha. Sujoy, an I.I.T. alumnus, has been actively participating and contributing to various online communities and career related discussions through blogs. He has five years of experience and has been associated with leading IT product and services companies such as Infosys and Teradata. He holds a B.Tech from IIT Roorkee.
