College Introduction Website (Like: http://www.abc.com/): http://www.iiitm.ac.in The Indian Institute of Information Technology and Management, Gwalior (IIITM Gwalior), is a deemed university, which was the first IIIT established by the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India in 1997, as an initiative to foster IT and management education in India. It was recently rechristened as Atal Behari Vajpayee IIITM Gwalior in honour of India's former Prime Minister. IIITM Gwalior is the foremost institution providing Technical and Managerial Education in the areas of Information Technology and Management, in India. The only institution of its kind in India, IIITM is at the vanguard of imparting superior quality higher education and pertinent skills. It is located in the city of Gwalior, in the northern part of the state of Madhya Pradesh. Comments: A really good Institute if you are looking for long term studies. Placements are good enough to be compared with any other IIIT of its league. Half of the IPG batch go for abroad internship, resulting in good academic relations with good universities. 13 of 14 people found this review helpful.
