Comments:
Having worked with Adobe for more than four years, I have to admit its arguably the best in NCR in terms of financial emoluments.
But the standard of the company has degraded tremendously over last few years. Number of stocks on offer have been reduced to almost zero. Off late, most new policies are employee unfriendly.
In terms of work, it was never great. Very few teams have quality work. Being a product company, they are very shy using new technologies.
Innovation is promoted only if you can prove that the idea is financially viable.. God damn it, engineers are not supposed to do financial analysis of projects. They should learn from google.. implement the idea first and then think how to make money out of it.
Onsite opportunities are absolutely zero.

And the good part..
Again, money.. they do pay well. Also, they hire the best minds, so the environment is pretty good. Infrastructure is amazing. Truly flexible timings, you just have to maintain monthly time average. Regular team outings.. good budget for these activities each quarter.
