Nature/Quality of work: Quality of work is much better than some other IT companies where they shift people from one technology to another depending on project availability. There is no concept of bench, so work is always balanced. There is rarely a situation where you'd have too much of work for 6 months and no work for next 6 months. It is a product company, so you'd mostly not need to work according to the whims and fancies of a customer. You might get involved in development and maintenance of an existing product or servicing the internal business customers.
Satisfaction with Salary, Hikes & Bonus: ADP pays medium level salaries. Bonus and hikes are very good if you are a top performer. As the company has a relatively flat hierarchy, don't expect promotions every 2 years.
Onsite Opportunities: Onsite opportunities are generally poor. If there are, they would be for a month or so.
Job Security: ADP recruits good people in general and is not known to throw people. Moreover the business is stable and most of the revenues are recurring.
