Not so good - Typical middle aged managers who never think out of box and rarely come to consensus. More like a Govt. office, Weak training, and corporate culture is almost non existent, Most HR's are like Govt. office clerks, extensive usage of regional language at work, time based promotions, college like atmosphere due to hiring of folks who have just completed courses like B.Sc. or diploma etc. During my time onsite assignment was rare with Tata taking over i guess things might have improved.
Why people are leaving at such a high rate because n CMC
1. Low salary
2. Bad management policy
3. They hire fresher from third party contract. (Not in CMC contract)
All said and done CMC has its own plus and minus. Some of my friends are really happy with the work and compensation.
