talk with HR(hcl) ask help

I am selected in HCL in off campus team.I completed my B.E in 2011. I get offer letter but i did not able to submit the my profile form due to some technical problem in HCL website. I am in upset since still I did not call letter from team. I dont have campus team contact number. can anyone know the chennai campus team phone number

if you have signed the bond and submitted it,then there is no legal way to leave the company without paying the amount...

can any fresher who actually left hcl technologies before bond period tell how much money has to be paid on leaving hcl before prescibed 18 month period.what is procedure and do hcl take this matter to court?what steps can we take. Need urgent answer.plz help!

Managers can play with you as and when they want. They arre blood suckers this is true.... here you can stay long if you are lucky... Bull shit place. I have competed my 8 months and already planning to leave this crap place just waiting for 4 months to pass to complete my year.....

Join HCL Technologies becoz whatever may be the scenario it is best company for freshers.You will get to learn a lot as seniors will not do any work and will delegate it to you .You will be under pressure and hence will learn very nicely which will help you to switch later.

Policies are totally againist employees. Hyderabad HCL HR is worst I ever faced. So, be causious enough before joining Hyd HCL. I am not sure about PAN india locations

I am MCA 2008 pass out I gave interview for HCL bpo on may 2009.I was selected they offered me 1.44 pa and also there was a 9 months bond due to bond I did'nt join bpo was I right step I still don't know but after reading above views I feel that I did right thing by not joining bpo  
Now another question HCL infosystem is also having many projects in india such as NICNET and SWAN and they hire on contract at client side NIC how is it to work there

HCL Sucks their employees big time...I have been working here for last 2.6 years (working on the same package ....I want to leave this company but the exit policies are such that they will ask me to payback more than I saved in those yrs.... 
 
But yes If you know how to kiss ass and please your boss you are going to grow here for sure..,,and if you have any godfather in HCL this is the best place.....even if you have no other qualities at all..  
 
Most of the employees are stuck here bcoz of HCL policies.....

I have joined HCL on Feburary 24 with a bond period of 18 months . But now want to leavin the company just after 3 months. Thebond is for 1.25 Lakhs. I dont want any ceritificat from HCL or any doucement and all. 
How can i leave the company without paying the bond money.

full of politics, 
less hikes 
bad n dumb managers 
 
But i still believe freshers should join HCL. Reasons are, 
 
 
1.) HCL is full of dumbs, so freshers will get good work easily. which product base comp will never give u in early ears. 
2.) work in HCL for 2 years n then switch to some product base , they will take you easily, bcoz they know that you had worked like 4 years in these 2 yEars :-) 
 
3.) If u are smart enough u can make fool of ur boses easily, as all are tehnically weak. 
 
4.) in last, whatever enviornment is . but above all HCL is a brand and it will help you when u wll change job or in MBA 
 
freshers should consider these points and should also join without expectations

I suggest you not to join. Find some job that your qualification deserves. MBA or shifting to software would never happen.

i completed my b.tech in stream of computers in 2010.i m a fresher.i got selcted in hcl bpo chennai.my pay is 1.44 per annum.while attending the interview they said the salary package is 1.8-2.6 pa.and after being selected they said my salary is 1.44.i just filled an hcl application.no offer letter given to me.they asked me to join in this month ending.plz plz suggest me to join this company or no.i m totally confused!!as a b.tech passed out they told me that after working for 1 year six months i could shift to hcl software or can do mba while working.plz suggest me.

I have worked for HCL, Bangalore. I double assure you it is silly company with all dogs,monkeys,pigs as managers. The work environment is really pathetic & unethical, full of mass people, full of rubbish politics.The food as mentioned by someone can't be eaten by a dog from good family. Thank god I left it, but still pity the people there.

preaching about employee first is just something to brag to the public about but there is certainly no employee first within the company.  
 
the management and HR is slow and lousy and inefficient. You will go through few rounds of circles before you can get anything done in this company.

I must say don't join HCL even any Indian IT comp.now they are working as factory, and with no class of management; as if I am saying third class management even then it is a insult of third class category management. 
 
No future ...no career...no job security.....if u r dump then definetly it is for u...

U will get offer letter from HCL, dont worry. It may take upto 1Month. for the HR to come back, depending on the technology.

I think that day they did ask almost every one to fill the HR form and ask every one to leave for the day saying they will communicate in a weeks time. 
 
My concern is HCL HR people have no knowledge about a week time. They cant cound where week starts and ends. 
 
Now what they will do is take a calculator and calculate salary from every form and select those who have quoted minimum possible. 
 
Is this the reason why HCL has bagged "Best Employer of 2009" ??? A serious question about this award....

On April 17th, Hcl conducted walk in drive in Bangalore,I have cleared the 1st technical Round and 2nd  
technical and the HR round as well.The HR said they will get back with the offer details.I havent heard from them..

HCL is the worst company, i ever worked. They are blood suckers.

I don't know about HCL technologies but I know well about HCL BPO. I was working for them for three years!! My advice is Never join HCLBPO If you are working for them already then quit and get yourself a job in a good reliable company. It took me three years to realize I am not going any where there. You might hear people talk about JOB SAFETY there.. But friends take it from me those people in the management know how to get rid of you if dont want you without firing you directly. So again if you are offered a job at HCL BPO then my advice is say them a big NO.

Welcome to HCL i am a HCL employee i have put the papers. Beware before coming to HCL just go through all the polices. Specially Medical policy. Baniye ki naukri se badtar life hai HCL ki.  
Chor eak number ke hai 10-20Rs tak ki chori karte hia Salary se gayab ho jayega pata bhi nahi chalega

They can publish the salary they can give in the News paper then it will helpful to the guys if they give same salary its ok if they tell less than your current salary then its really fun...

technical round final round is the HR round. 
One young lady started that interview(looking so bad)i just introduced my self and my work in curent company.. 
 
1Q) What is ur current Salary? 
Ans) I told 4.5 
2Q) If we give 4.0 can u join? 
Ans) I said i cant 
3Q) After that she said i call u later regarding this u can leave for the day. 
Ans) No Answer  
 
This is really Shame to HCL Management and HR Team... 
They really think who can join in for Less salary... 
I dnt know how they got the CMMI level....(In india money is Key one)

Hcl is a good company to work with if u expect a growth and not salary as a fresher .

Now onwards the notice period will be extended to 90 days instead of 60 days.The DPA(bench mein jo log hote hain) will be deducted after 2 months,which means they will first put u in bench and then deduct your salary .. 
HA HA HA .Thank god I am leaving this Company..

I agree with you all. I am one of the biggest losers. If you are trying for a job and dont have anything, you can stay in this company apply and apply for jobs. starting with the business unit head (especially the financial domain) all the mangers down stream are the crap left from other copmanies. You cannot plan your future. Defenitly not a good company to consider..

HCL is the worst place to work on.After giving hard work for 2 years HCL gave me 0(ZERO) hike along with promotions (doesn't matter ) a SENIOR clause as prefix to designation. 
They forced me to lie to client for bagging project.later accused me HUH ...Please for god sake do not join HCL ever.Managers are technically zero but in words they are all equiv to Einstein.I ruined my career joining here.

all the statements above are true. sadly i've been working 1 year now with HCL and I can concur that "employee first" is bullshit on paper and in reality this phrase does not exist. "employee suffers first" would be more truthful. 
 
1. management is stupid, main target for them is to hide and avoid responsibility 
 
2. any improvements suggested by employee will be dismissed without any hesitation as it would be too expensive and not serve any greater purpose. 
 
3. my first experience of a company to provide service for customer company and HCL does not even understand what they are committed for... ironical, but sad. 
 
4. IT company that saves money on network costs by reducing the bandwidth, while working 90% of time over remote connections and route all internet traffic 1,5 times around the globe (so they can monitor it in india). how stupid is that? 
 
5. my biggest failure in life was to join this company, hopefully I will get the hell outta here asap.

I have joing HCL few months back. boss Repenting on my Decesion . Dont do this mistake to join HCL. i have worked in three companies but never found this type of unethical atmosphare.

Some great and intresting feature that makes HCL as employee first company. 
 
 
1: Salary: A chai wala is earning more than the HCL 3-4 year exp Engineer in HCL. 
2 : Caftaria: Food which can not be Eaten by the Dog belongs to Good family. We are paying 40 rs for that. Means it is Clear that Mr nayer earning money from Cafetaria. 
3 : Insurance policy : we are paying our one basic salary as a installment for ourself. If we want to cover our dependents then we have to pay more. its clear that HCL is getting a good commision on imposing forcfully this Ghaiya insurance policy. one intresting thing that despite of paying such huge installment coverage is only 80% Great ploicy that makes HCL employee first. 
4:if you are on bench then its your mistake not HR and managment your 25% salary will be deducted. May be you will be fired. 
5 :salary hike and promotion policy : if you have joind HCL recently then you are very big fool. Hike and promotion criteria is  
 
you must have to complete min 3 years in HCL.

Worst company in the world, sucks you like anything, less salary, long working hours, rediculous management, never choose this company. If you, will have to pay the penalty.

To Who ever want to join HCL: 
1. Your salary will be less compared to industry standards 
2. Even though you may be watching lost of Ads mentioning "Best Employer" blah.. blah.. blah.. about HCL, it is all fake (Hewitt is also a client of HCL). 
3. Lots of politics and you would not get any improvement in your career. 
4. They will suck your blood 
5. The policies are worst. 
 
For HCL clients: 
1. If you are going to give your projects to HCL it will be done by fresher (because who ever works here comes to know about the company and quits.. so don't expect experienced guys on you project) and you will incur more money in fixing the bugs and maintenance. 
2. What ever the marketing team says is all bullshit and if you want to believe it, you are at your own risk.

HCL ko words me desccribe nahi kiya jaa sakta. itne jyada chor hai. pain hota hai aapne hcl join karne ke decesion se. sahi likha hai ki Sabji wale aur chai wale jyada Earn karte hai HCL employees se jyada. Salry cut me oracle jaisi comp ki copy kar rahe hai .Sale aapni aukad nahi dekhte hai ki Oracle kitna deti hia aur hCL kitna deti hia . U will not belive peoples of 6-7 years of exp working on just 4 lakh per annum.uske baad bhi salry cut . I really salute the patitence of HCL loyal employees jo itne kam par eak to kaam kar rahe hai upar se 25% cut ko bhi aacept kiya. Dhanya ho vinit nayar. all hcl managers are liars and cheaters there is no facility given to any fresher , been an employee of hcl for more than 5 years and one fine day they forced me to resign, without even any notice, i met with an accident while working with hcl and after recovery i applied for mediclaim i was not apaid teh amount for mediclaim till now

Worst company to work with after giving 5 years to this company , People are made to forcibly resign so that they can hire freshers so as there market reputation does not go down  
 
Managers don't work at all and are sitting pretty inspite of unable to bring any work and junior staff is taken for granted and is suffering a 25 % salary cut with peanut salary already just for being on bench , whileven a chaiwala earns more then a 4 -5 year experienced guy in HCL.Vinnet nayar is the biggest of 'em all . Not taking any salary cuts at all and killing many employees and there families .He should be prosecuted under stricter laws

My friend and I often argued about coffee and its influence on our health. He said that it is dangerous and didn't allow me drinking it in the morning, I am fond of coffee and was looking for the facts in favor of this drink. In the long run, we both were right. What will you call a person who left TCS to join HCL with no benefits/salary hike?

HCL is a pure lala chap chap company.They are taking advantage of slowdown. Some features of this lala chap company is : 1.No tissue papers in wash rooms 2. No paper cups for taking water or coffee(You will be allocated a cup and every time you have to take it with you and clean it.)sometimes it is stolen by (God knows who is doing such a cheap thing, may be an HCL manager loyal to the company)then go to admin may be in other building or other floor and take the cup from there 3. 25% salary cut has already happened for those employees who are on bench 4. All the BU will be given "meets expectation" rating if the BU would not be able to get CMMI(This is the origina idea of this fellow vinnet nair) 5. many of the employees who are billable are under constant threat of being thrown out by managers and so they are bound to work 12-15 hours a day and come on saturdays and sundays. 6. They are getting so much of new business but just crying about low margins just to save money and suck the blood of all the employyes. 7. Now i have heard (not confirmed)that in their hyderabad and banglore centers they are talking about putting a new policy where even the billable employess will get a salary cut if the utilization is under 90%(Only they know how the utilization could be below 90 if the employee is billable for the full month. These are some of the many good thing about this good "employee first" organization

Its true hcl is a bad place if u expect good salary package. HR and Managers suck the engineers like leeches. Apprasials are peanuts. I even know that Managers and Accounts depts extract funds in the name of contractors and divide between each other. 
The salary if told as 10k while joining, later u find out that there is no bonus as the same is given as a component of Salary monthly. Its truly "SUCK THE EMPLOYEE FIRST"

I am the employee of HCL joined 7 months back i am totally agree with the above comments at the time of joining HR will promise you very big-2 things but the HR are totally liers.dont belive on them even they will not give you the proper clear picture of your salary structure. Belive me my life has became a hell after joining the HCL. If u are manager and dont want to work then it is the very best comp in india but if you are at the SE or SSE level then please think 100 times before joining the HCL. Managers treat us just like the bloody resource only this is the employee First. U will find every thing like a govt organinzatin either Transport Admin except you will work like a dog if u r in a proj.

HCL is a very bad company. People like SanjayKumarKapoor (Sapna towers Chennai as AGM) think they are owners of company and terminate fresher by preparing a fake reason. It is heard that HCL is employee first organisation, but it is not so. This company does not care the technology in which an employee wants to work. Interview will be done for a java project. But employee will not be allocated to java project. Please be careful before joining this company.
