In 1990, our organization was renamed James Martin & Company and, in 2000, we became known as Headstrong. Our decades-long leadership in process management tools and methods is openly available to the project management community through our wholly-owned subsidiary, gantthead.com. Headstrong hews closely to Dr. Martin's hallmark of innovation and business leadership. In 1982, we published the first methodology to translate business needs into system solutions – Information Engineering Methodology (IEM). Fresher Salary (CTC in Lakhs per annum): 4.00 Best & Worst thing about this company: Positives: Very nice work culture, no dress code, Flexi timings, cool n friendly people. Negatives: you may sometime not get good work if you are “really” interested in doing well in Software Industry. My Recommendation:

2. Never Join Headstrong By

truely speaking you never join Headstrong. They alwayz recruite in bulk because they alwayz expect future project from renowned clients but da major concern is when The client don't give project then they start firing. First and Foremost they recruite the people high salary package but after couple of months they start a dangerour Cick Off. So be carefull and be sure when you are going to Join HS join only when thy commite to get you invlove in project within 5-7 DAYS OTHERWISE YOUR LIFE WOULD BE WORST. ON THE MANAGMENT CONSULTING LEVEL THEY HAVE VERY HIGH DIPLOMATIC ENVIOURNEMNT. MOREOVER GOD BLESS YOU. BOLO JAI SHRI SIDDHI VINAYAK MAHARAJ KI 1. Onsite Opportunities: Not much.
Work Environment: Very cool and supportive.
Work pressure/Work-Life Balance: Not much of workload. Though depends on the project. But you’ll surely not regret at any moment that you are eating software, sleeping software :) Flexi timings helps you fulfill all your personal obligations.
Satisfaction with salary and quality of work: Salary is good. But quality of work, well again, depends on the project.
What type of work they do: There are projects on development, maintenance/ enhancement, and support. Most of them are maintenance / enhancement. Very few are Purely development.
Do you recommend your company to others: I wont recommend to freshers coming with a dream of becoming Next-Gen Bill Gates. For the people keen on learning Finance, Banking, Security Market etc, this is the place and these are the people. But in the end it is the Salary that does matter, so i do recommend!
