Comments: Brand Value Hexaware is a CMM5 level company and has a good reputation and standing in the market. Constantly ranked as among the top 10 employers in Dataquest and rising companies in other Business magazines. Career growth and onsite opportunities? It depends on the projects one is working but there is sufficient onsite opportunity as most of the clients are outside India. Slow growth in terms of position and salary. Does suffer from favoritism and biase-ment. How is work environment and how efficient is the communication b/w teams or department? Good learning environment and flexibility in choosing areas if interest. The communication is just average across teams Work pressure/Work – life balance. Again depends on the projects. Most of them require 8 hrs of work. Some requires more time but is manageable. Satisfaction with salary and quality of work. There is not much satisfaction in terms of salary especially as a fresher. Decent packages as a lateral. Even the appraisal is not up to standard. What type of work they do: Product development, Services etc. Or if mix of these then what at percent? Majorly service oriented. Still no product of its own. Job security. Yeh to kam se kam accha hai yahan par. Do you recommend your company to others? Yes or No and Why? Yes- good for learning and start of your career Onsite opportunity is good. No- 2yrs Bond for freshers. Not very friendly HR policies Salaries are just average Higher management is not competent enough. I will recommend NO as there are lot better options available in the Market.

- Management is baised with people they know. So no chance of growth.
- There is absolutely no vision or stratergy, so you don't know where you or your company is heading towards. I had job title Tech. Architect ; expectation of programmer; lead ; proj manager; onsite-offshore cordinator ; salesman ; production support.. I dont know what to say to company. having faced 7 hexaware managers - none of them could define my exact role... how ridicolous.
- so called "Project Managers", actual job they do is WATCH DOG like when you come to office, have you filled timesheet, get onsite offshore visa status, ask for same detail again and again to employee. I don't understand where is the real material or product knowledge!!
- Appraisal process is the most funniest and Crapiest I have ever known. HR comes out with new appraisal process every year and no one actual refers to your appraisal. I know so many folks who haven't had appraisal and got raise on par or more than average for last couple of years. HR keeps records but no one cares to REFER.

- I am ashamed of myself being with company for 10 years- sad thing I cannot change my past and have to live with this Shame for rest of my life.
