i-Flex is now Oracle Financial Services Software Limited, it is very well known and ranked 7^th among the top 10 in NASSCOM’s list of top IT Software & Service Exporters From India in 2003-04.

Training for freshers

Training: 3 Months training program, will make you jack of all major technologies.

Also you will be given Finance related training and at the end you will have to clear a certificate exam on the same.Training will be on software engineering, database, oracle, html, xml, etc plus there is 3-day training on Finance. One online test on that and tests after each module.

1st month-basics of everything
2nd month-Soft skills, Compliance, Finance...etc
3rd month-Domain training eg:.Net or Java
4th month-Project Training

i-Flex has decentralized training centres
In Bangalore its Near Whitefields (Kundahili), in Mumbai its different center.
In Bangalore generic training took place at external venue, not at the i-Flex offices. The project specific training will be at i-flex office.

Salary

Take home will be around 17.5k and appraisal will happen exactly after one year of joining.

Work Quality

 Good – better than many companies. Majority of i-flex‘s projects are in java and oracle.

In the matter of dress code i-flex is very particular about it. Formals on the weekdays (Monday to Thursday). On Mondays u need to wear tie. Friday’s u can wear jeans and a t-shirt with collars.

Accommodation

Freshers are usually not provided with company accommodation, you will have to make your own arrangement, and bachelors may join to take some rooms near by.

Facilities

You won’t get free breakfast or lunch in i-flex.

Yes u will get evening snacks tat to if you stay in office till 7.30 pm.

Documents

All your SSC, HSC, Grads mark sheet and certificate are required also certificates of additional courses if nay would be required,(better if you get all years mark sheets-required for visa processing-not necessary) if you are experienced then all related stuff would be required.

You will need mark sheets of all semesters, copy of the passport, and the copy of the offer letter along with two pass size photos.

For Mumbai Joiners.

There are some problems regarding accommodations but many of the people from my batch stay at Kandivali or Borivali. but you can also find a flat at 1BHK Jogeshwari. Office z near the Hub Mall at Goregaon. Office building is not that big but environment is good. New building which is under construction (and is about to complete in a year or so) is awesome.

For accommodations you have to reach to any property dealer here. Flats at goregaon are somewhere b/w 10,000 to 12,000. At Kandivali they r about 8,000-9,000 and at Borivali they are around 6,000-8,000 depending upon the status of the flat (furnished or unfurnished). You have to submit a security sum of around 40,000-60,000(they'll ask u more but you can settle them down). You have to give an additional brokerage of 1 and a half month (they'll ask u 4 2 month brokerage but don’t give them more than 1 and a half month).
