Best & Worst thing about this company: Best Thing: Nothing,maybe good onsite in case you have good contacts|Worst Thing: Extremely Dirty Office Politics,Incompetent engineers as well as managers My Recommendation:
No "I hate my Company"

Comments: Work Environment: Extremely high level of office politics.Incompetent people including managers.Managers not able to foresee what the client will ask for next.Consequently developers become scapegoats.Also they will force you to work on different skill sets in short time,so that you cannot develop any expertise in any skill set. Work content:Mainly porting and testing.Very very little development Onsite:In case you are well connected or from HCL yes you will get onsite else forget about this. Salary: Not that good,initial may be good but during appraisals they will come up with various excuses,to block any kind of raise. Work-Life balance: Fair.

incompetent managers, team leads.
most of the times projects are accepted on very tight schedule
most of the onsite is terrible, you will have to do any kind of work provided by client. you cant say no, even if it is not your domain/it is not what company hired you.
appraisal are very poor for experience persons.
company looks for people having different technology knowledge/languages, expertise doesn't matter for them.
overall avoid this company. join if you very need of job.
