Work content:Mainly porting and testing.Very very little development
Onsite:In case you are well connected or from HCL yes you will get onsite else forget about this.
Salary: Not that good,initial may be good but during appraisals they will come up with various excuses,to block any kind of raise.
Work-Life balance: Fair.
