I even wonder, how that sucker PK Samal, even dreamed of running this company. he is dumb rude idiot like his managers sanjay. Keep away from this company 1. By Anon All the above is true. Though I didn't work with Minecode India, I had a brush with them in th US. I have personally seen how the CEO/Owner speaks disrespectfully & degradingly of some of his employees/candidates. They don't know how to judge good talent & have a one-year contract. Most people here quit soon after the contract is up. Not many are happy to work with Minecode... Add your comment

* The CEO is relative of owner of company and had never spoken a word
* You will stay late 100% of times
* This year only 6 guys got apprasial
* They fire at will
* They will change your project at their will, so in a way you can work on 3-4 projects in a month
* Don't always expect techincal projects, they can force you in DTP(desktop publishing) kind of work at any time
* Last month, the owner declared everyone at India's office at incompetent, he equals 4 offshore guys to 1 onsite guy
* If you stay late, you are entitled to dinner but our CEO has fixed the amount to Rs 50
Hence, to everyone, plz don't join it any cost !
