U know what??? right now market is down and its in a terrible crisis! At this time.. getting a job is impossible.. And I got placed at CSS!! I feel lucky. Because.. First I thought getting into some BPO or something.. but luckily I ended up with CSS and I did'nt expect that! But it happened! its not a BPO! Its a technology out sourcing company... Being a fresher we cant expect much!! People from outer parts of india.. can easily work there.. and I am sure its going to be a pleasant experience there.. Salary is not a big matter.. initial pay will be around 10,000 / month for first six months.. and later it will be around 16,000. Thats enough for a fresher.. and after an year .. it will increase well! This company is growth oriented and people can learn here! work atmosphere is ok..good for guys from chennai. Guys from outside plz dont join. .If you are looking for money also dont join, you wont get double pay for public holidays as well as if you work for extra day also.And also they have bond, you will get bugged up before bond period overs.
